As a Business Manager in Employee Experience, which is comprised of Human Resources and Real Estate & Facilities, you will partner with the SVP of Employee Experience to manage the development and execution of strategic planning and initiatives for the department and Premera. You will have an opportunity to apply your business expertise, systems thinking, analytical capability, and program/project management skills to anticipate and plan for the long-term needs of the team and the organization. In this role you will engage and consult with all levels across Premera to deliver on business strategies, while guiding and mentoring others to ensure business efficiency and effectiveness. What you'll do Consult with leaders to identify key business issues, outline strategic alternatives, and recommend effective enterprise-wide solutions Manage department planning process and perform independent analyses for a broad array of complex issues Identify action steps based on analytic results and make recommendations to management Oversee execution of the departments strategic plan deliverables, including the development of goals, objectives and roadmaps Lead the integration of departmental projects and programs, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and outcomes by providing status updates, leading strategic and planning discussions, and providing project assessments Work closely with leaders across the Employee Experience team to design, implement, and operate new programs and/or enhancements What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, related field of study, or 4 years' work experience 5years ofexperience in developing, implementing, andsupporting new or existing strategic programs andprocesses.
